Camping General Terms & Conditions

Site Maintenance: Keep your site clean and free of litter, debris, and animal droppings.
Behavior: Do not engage in behavior that disturbs others, such as excessive drinking, fighting, or illegal activities.
Respect Privacy: Do not walk through occupied sites; use designated roads and paths.
Weapons: Discharging or displaying weapons on the property will result in immediate eviction.

Cancellation Policy

Tent Sites: Cancel 7 days before your arrival by 4 p.m. to receive a refund.
No Refunds :Deposits are forfeited for cancellations after these deadlines, including no-shows and early checkouts.

Pet Policy

Leashes: Pets must be on a leash, even on your own site, to ensure safety.

All animal sales are final upon delivery of animal or animals. We reserve the right to refuse the final sale of any and all animals for any reason, we deem necessary. If we so determine a sale is not finalized any. And all monies will be returned to the proper places.

Return and Refund Policy

camping Refund Policy:

You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call Four Square Stable by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival Date.

Cancellation Details:

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with Management for details.
